Saturday 4th Sep 2021
9am-12pm (24hr weigh-in)
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming to the 24-hour weigh-in.
Same day weigh-ins will be available between 7:00am and 8:15am 🚫 STRICT!
When you come to the weigh-in you must have pin heights for the monolift and bench press, plus your opening attempts.
You are required to ensure your Personal Equipment (PE) is legal.
Please bring with you to the weigh-in to have it checked out by officials.
✔ Soft suits required. No compression gear allowed.
✔ T-shirt on bench required.
✔ Knee high socks required on deadlift.
✔ Shoes to be worn at all times.
✔ Wrist wraps allowed on squat and bench.
✔ Knee sleeves or wraps allowed on squat.
✔ Belts allowed.
The warmup area is behind the platform. At the weigh-in you will receive 1 yellow band, for your coach/handler. Any non-lifter not wearing their arm band will be removed from the warmup area, so please tell your family and friends to remain at the front and watch the comp. Please don’t be in an embarrassing position of being asked to leave the warm up area (tell your friends).
We have plenty of equipment available and we just have one rule…. It’s simple. Respect it. Don’t throw weight plates around, use the weight trees, and put the gear back when you’re finished with it. If you are found to be disrespectful you will be warned and then asked to leave if it continues. This goes with any facet of the competition. We will not tolerate misbehavior and nor should the lifters. Powerlifting is a team sport played by individuals. That means back there it’s a team…. Help and support each other and be there for one another. If we can do this, EVERYONE WINS.
❌ No thongs in the warmup area, closed shoes only.
❌ Strictly no children in the warmup area.
Review the warmup area rules.
🥇🥈🥉 Medals will be awarded to weight class winners on TOTAL (gold, silver, bronze) and the overall male and female will be based on the Glossbrenner formula.
