This is a Rucci's Gym event in conjunction with Australian Powerlifting League.
The 2023 APL WA Drug Tested Raw State Powerlifting Championships is an APL local championship for Drug Tested Powerlifting and single lift, in the raw category only.

This event is a qualification event for the 2023 APL Drug Tested Nationals on 18th June 2023 in Brisbane.

After the competition, the nominated athletes will proceed to drug testing.
If you are selected for drug testing, the chaperone will notify you, this can occur at any time.

Weigh In Information
You will need your meet score card with pin heights and opening attempts.
You will need your Rucci's Gym competition waiver.
One coach wrist band will be given to you.
Your details will be entered into our competition system.
There will be an equipment check.

Before registering for this competition, you will need to apply or renew your membership with the APL.

You will need your personal equipment, Eleiko combo rack heights, Identification, signed Rucci's Gym competition Waiver and opening attempt selections.
​
One handler/coach wrist band will be issued.

Access the warmup room for your session. Competition staff on the day will assist.
​
Confirm your name and details are correct on the competition screens in the warmup area.
​
Begin warming up when your group details appear on the middle competition screen.

Review the warmup area rules.

Access the platform from the right-hand side and marshal to the side of the platform.
​
Exit to the left-hand side of the platform, place your next attempts at the scorer’s desk and enter the warmup area.
​
Attempts will not be accepted without the signed copy of your attempt card.
​
Your handler/coach is not permitted on the platform at any time during your lift.
​

By taxi/uber: Door to door service is available directly from Rucci's Gym.
Parking
Limited parking is available. Please car pool or use public transport if possible.
Parking inside the venue is reserved for staff, officials, volunteers, vendors and sponsors.
Street parking is available, but please consider our neighboring businesses and do not park in front of driveways or limit street access in any way. You may be fined for parking on private property or parking illegally on the street.
Food and Refreshments
A food truck will be available for lunch.
The Rucci's Gym Café will be available from 8:00AM for light refreshments including coffee, drinks and snacks.
ETFPOS facilities are available.
