Coaching - The Onboarding Process

We've spent years refining and evolving our coaching process and the success of our gym is largely attributed to the success of our coaching - success leaves clues!
Here is what you can expect when you come on board as a coaching member:
1️⃣ 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛
Unlike the bedroom "online coach", we run a professional outfit. We have a team of coaches at our disposal that allow us to partner you with the right coach based on your needs. Whether you are a complete beginner or an elite lifter, we have you covered.
2️⃣ 𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗡𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧
The week before you start we take you through an onboarding process which includes a gathering of information about you through our detailed questionnaire. We couple that with coaching content that sets the tone by introducing you to our coaching philosophies, mantra, and topics.
3️⃣ 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞
Your first week will involve you completing our very own designed evaluation where we have an opportunity to assess your movement ability, skill level, absolute strength, and training knowledge. Your coach will provide detailed technical feedback on the lifts and start to educate you on relevant concepts.
4️⃣ 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗞
Once you have completed your onboarding and evaluation week your coach then has plenty of information to put together your first training block which is usually a skills-building / developmental block. This helps set you up for long-term success by laying a solid technical foundation.
5️⃣ 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚!
From there you get stuck into training making sure to apply the teachings your coach is giving you while remaining compliant with the process. If you can do that, the sky is the limit!
