Conventional vs Sumo


Deadlifts are probably the most basic lift technically, and as long as you can perform a proficient hinge pattern, getting into a good position shouldn't be difficult.⁣ ⁣ Everyone should start learning the basic hinge pattern, which progresses onto loading that pattern - conventional deadlifts.
