💪 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗕𝗔𝗗 𝗗𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗜𝗧?
Most people have a list as long as their arm of the things they'd like to accomplish - which is great! The realty is though only a small portion of people will ever really reach those goals or even come close.
We see this a lot in our industry where people come in and spruik a list of goals. Some are as simple as "I want to to lose 5kg" or "I want to feel better about myself".
Goals are great but the important question we ask is HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT? It's an important question ... I mean if someone wants to lose 50kg but not willing to stop eating party pies or stop drinking a carton of beer a week they aren't really at the point of desperate enough to do what needs to be done to get the job done.
Whatever it is you want to achieve you need to be hungry for it, desperate for it and so focused on the goal that nothing will stand in your way! That's how results are made.
