Here is what Mel Rowe had to say...

"Hi I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the powerlifting course over the weekend. I was so nervous and worried I wouldn’t understand the content. Last year I completed a strengthening and condition unit with Murdoch uni....your course was much more clearer, the information was presented so well and how you both explain things is amazing. I’m looking forward to the comp in June. Thank you so much again for being so kind and welcoming and look forward to seeing you again soon. "
