BARBELL BASICS PROGRAM

This group program is catered for the novice lifter looking to start barbell training. The program is tailored individually in sessions to ensure participants are progressing at a rate equal to their level of experience and ability.

The barbell basics program includes:

  • 4-week program consisting of 3 programmed days and 2 supervised coaching sessions per week.

  • Program pack and fundamentals lifting guide.

  • Group coaching scenario.

  • Team oriented training – typical of PTC.

  • Limited to 6 clients per session.

  • Support available via exclusive Facebook Group.

 

Duration
The course is run over 4 weeks with two supervised coaching sessions per week.

 

Sessions

There are 12 programmed training days (3 training days per week, 2 are supervised).

The 4 week program progresses participants through the skills of barbell training. The back squat, bench press, deadlift, row, and military press are demonstrated and taught to participants.
