Exercise and Mental Health

It's fairly common knowledge that the benefits of exercise extend to the improvement of mental health attributes. Exercise induces a chemical response in the brain that help improve mood - helllllooooo ENDORPHINS!

Endorphins are an amazing little hormone that helps relieve stress and pain as well as giving you an addictive euphoric feeling. Who doesn't want to feel amazing right?

We work with a lot of clients who suffer with mental health and when we see the positive effect that training has had on their lives it means so much. Here is some feedback we received a couple of days ago from one of our awesome Strength Clubbers we wanted to share:

"𝘚𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘵 𝘙𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘪’𝘴, 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘧𝘧 𝘮𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘪 𝘢𝘯𝘹𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺 𝘮𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘧 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘺 𝘣𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘥 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘢 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘴 😊"

How incredible is that!?

You know we all come in to this industry with a genuine desire to help people and when we receive feedback like this it makes it all worth it.

If you are reading this and you also suffer, please reach out. We want you to be one of those people sending us that kind of feedback!
