I speak to a lot of people each week. The number one thing I see that stops them from getting to where they want to be is relentless conviction and commitment.

It blows my mind. Someone sends an enquiry, I call them and they sit on the phone and tell me all the reasons they can't and talk themselves out of becoming the best version of themselves.

Get out of your own way! You are what stands in the way of where you are now and where you want to be. Stop bullshitting yourself. Stop making excuses. Just stop it. Stop being a victim.
