I speak to a lot of people each week. The number one thing I see that stops them from getting to where they want to be is relentless conviction and commitment.

It blows my mind. Someone sends an enquiry, I call them and they sit on the phone and tell me all the reasons they can't and talk themselves out of becoming the best version of themselves.

Get out of your own way! You are what stands in the way of where you are now and where you want to be. Stop bullshitting yourself. Stop making excuses. Just stop it. Stop being a victim.

I dare you to stop making excuses and start taking action.

Just do it... (all credit where it is due). I am deep into week three of the kick start program and have already signed up to be a member of the strength club. I get up at 4am every morning to hit the gym by 5am. Have not missed a session yet, and am not planning to miss any. You will also find me at the gym at 8am on a Saturday for conditioning. There is always a way.
